St Cyrus

St Cyrus is a small, rural former fishing village with its roots firmly in salmon fishing. Look out for the fantastic 2 mile stretch of unspoilt sandy beach.

St Cyrus Nature Reserve

Run by Scottish Natural Heritage the St Cyrus Nature Reserve is a paradise for wildlife and nature lovers. Butterflies, orchids, stonechats and fulmars are just some of the species to be found.

Visitor centre and toilets open daily (April to October) and Monday to Friday (November to March). Excellent views from cliff top at the village end.
